Tinydeal badest shop ever - no more !
I bought this Smartphone and it came with a defective battery. So i wrote to Tiny deal and the support said they cant help. They cant ship batterys cause of logistic problems - which is a lie - they have stock of this smartphone in Germany where i bought it before. There is no problem to send me a battery. They told me if i want, i can ship it back - but not to Germany , no - to China . It would cost me 15€ of shipping. To bring this Smartphone to work i bought a identical Smartphone on Ebay from factorypricestore just to get a battery and after paying PayPal told me this seller is Tiny deal! So they have still stock of this phone and just don't want to help their customers. Shops like these make me sick ! and just cause of a cheap battery - shame on you !
