Poor Contact With Publishers
I have used this site many times to Recharge Gold for Shini Game. I am supposed to receive +Extra Gold for my Recharge but I never receive it. I've missed out on thousands of Gold due to it. Now that I've noticed, I have to open a ticket for every Recharge and have them contact the Publisher of the game to "mail" me the Gold even though I choose and pay for Direct Top-Up. Your company needs to communicate with your Publishers better.
