I saw this company with outstanding reviews and a glowing reputation and thought I would try it as sending flowers to a loved one in a different country can be challenging at times. The flowers I expected would be fresh and left in the hands of people who would care about the delivery. I was however mistaken the flowers that were delivered were not only not fresh but the stems and leaves seemed rotten with soft black tissue appearing around the stem. The delivery was also handled poorly, upon texted and informing my partner that the flowers were delivered, they left them on the pavement in the sun. Now I cannot lie the complaints and customer service side of things are as professional as they come, not only did they apologise for the outcome, they also gave me a small refund and a discount coupon for my next order (however, I am sad to say I will not be returning).
