Very disappointing
I have purchased some products as presents for friends & myself on November 30th & was really looking forward....Now, 4 weeks after, I still didn't receive anything, in the meantime 3 emails with questions what is going on, all emails were answered more or less promptly asking for some additional time to check my order. in the last email they promised to solve it in 24 hours. it has been since 10 times 24 hours. Though every time when contacting you get additional email where they ask how happy you were with the support...... Not happy at all.....
