Deceptive marketing and terrible customer support Review: I chose this company over competitors solely because of a promotion offering a "free £50 gift" with purchase. However, when my package arrived, the "gift" was nothing more than a tiny 1.5ml sample of the same fragrance. When I reached out to resolve the issue, customer service was incredibly unhelpful. They refused to take any responsibility, stubbornly claiming there was no mistake on their end and offering zero solutions. This feels like a blatant bait-and-switch tactic to lure customers in with false promises. If this is how they handle a simple promotional issue, I wouldn't trust them to help if an order actually went missing or arrived damaged. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere with companies that value honesty and support their customers. 0* if possible
