Buyers Beware
I've Purchased an Elephone P5000 , after about 4 months the phone started to have issues, the phone keep shutting down by itself and refused to starts again for a while, and when I pluged it to the charger it charge and discharge permanently and it took 16h to filled. The last issue was the front camera which stopped working!! After one month of contacting Customer Service trying to find a solution but nothing worked! they told me to ship it to them, I paid $30 shipping costs and took 3 weeks to arrive. After three months of E-mails and replies they send it back and it took 1 month to arrive. Out of 10 months phone's real usage time is 4 months only. It didn't end here, just after two weeks the phone became worse than before and now it is a piece of junk !!! When I contacted them they asked me to send it back again but disagreed because it just arrived from Antilife maintenance service and it didn't help. After all , they refused to send me a brand new phone, they are gonna send a secondhand phone as they promise. And here I am waiting for a phone for since May 2nd!! They just keep procrastinating!!!! Order #800084846 Updates: After negotiations they rejected to send me a more worthy of trust brands, so they suggest a second-hand ELE P9000 and I agreed because I am at the end of my tether. Phone shipped at July 14th, and received at 7th Aug. Thankfully, I have not face any issues or problems with the phone yet and I hope I will not, or I have to wait 98 Days again!!
