I purchased passes to use immediately. -received them 3 hours 37 mins later When I went to the airline's website to check the validity of the ticket, they put in my name incorrectly. -I contacted them ASAP & no one responded. -Their website says refunds can be issued within 7 days only. -After 7 days, they never responded. Tips for getting your money back: -If you can verify your information is incorrect on the Airline's website, remember to print a copy so you can have proof. Otherwise, after the 24 or 48 hours expires there's no way to view it anymore. -File a claim with your bank or credit card -Send them the proof of error -My bank returned the money to me in less than 30 days
