Not satisfied
Very unhappy with arrangements made be hoteling.com. after getting to hotel, they had no record of our reservation. Unable to reach booking website to try to confirm. Hotel on hold for quite a long time. No answer. Not sure where to go with this. Originally thought everything was fine, Rates reasonable until we got to hotel.
