TinyDeal

No warranty

I bought a tablet for about 170€ but after two months the screen didn't work anymore. I sent it back (22€ shipping cost) but first they said there were no screen available at the moment and I should wait for some months or accepting a discount (!!!) for buying a new one, finally they said screens are not available anymore and proposed a refund of 100€. At the end I accepted losing 70€. At least it was an instructive experience. Of course buying from this kind of shops you can save a few money if everything goes well, but if something goes wrong you can lose much more. I learnt it's better buying in Europe and especially in Italy where warranty lasts two years (vs. six months offered by tinydeal) where if something doesn't work and the shop (i.e. Amazon or similar) is not able to repair the product, they change the item or refund you totally and immediately. My understanding and advice is: beware of tinydeal and such a kind shops!
