Disaster!
I just got to my second hotel after the hotel I booked, waited til I travelled there and then told me that these guys cancelled my reservation with no explanation. The from desk then told me they could get me a room at 3x the rate. Naturally I was P I S S E D!!! I had to scramble to get a room way across town after I did a whole lot of research on the area where I was planning to stay I guess your customers don't mean xxxx to you. Very unprofessional. I used orbitz for years and never had a problem!
