cancellation without prior notice
I had booked a room at best Western bangtao Thailand. On arrival with my family I got the shock of my life when told that booking was cancelled due to non payment by the booking agency. I was already charged through the credit card. I had to pay in cash and that too at an extra rate than that of the booking. So bad an experience that can never be forgotten
