Embarrassed and disappointed
Stayed at hotel on the night booked to find next day at check out that my reservation was cancelled on day of arrival. Still took payment from me but I was held by hotel manager stating they had not received payment from third party and that the booking was cancelled by third party the day before. Confusing. Embarrassing. Frustrating and more.
