March 2, 2021 If I could give this a O, I would. I ordered 8 items on November 19, 2020 and thus far received one. Each time I contacted the company, I would be told an excuse and to be patient. On Sunday on their live chat, I finally told them to refund my money. We’ll see what happens now. I’m glad I saved all my emails to and from them and I took pictures of the on line chat. I’m owed $79.06. The item I received was very nice, but I wouldn’t want to go through this hassle again. It took them forever to just tell me they were located in Hong Kong and their products are made in China.
