went to the hotel but reservation was cancelled. no refund
Made me look like a fool. Checked my emails and I saw a message just 2 hours before my reservation (I wastravelling of course so I did not see that) that it was cancelled (for no apparent reason) and that no refund would be given, and if I wanted my money back I should dispute directly through y bank.
