I got a pair of prescription sunglasses and eyeglass lenses from them, as well as a pair for my spouse. Now, we already know Oakley's are amazing, so I'm going to take them out of the equation and focus on the company itself. Throughout the process, they were as informative as they could be, keeping in mind that they were at the mercy of a third party company, Oakley, which gives very minimal information. I was really excited to get my glasses, and also mentioned that I needed them for driving professionally, and as soon as possible. They didn't stick just to what they had online from Oakley, and instead reached out to them over the phone to find out the progress. I even changed my prescription early on, and they were very accommodating. They sent the glasses as they came, one shipment after the other, as they understood the urgency. I received the pair and noticed they were actually the original prescription I gave to them. I gave them a call and they compared the two notes from them and from Oakley, realized the mistake, and totally took responsibility for it. Since I needed to use the glasses right away, we worked out a solution where they would just get the lenses remade and send them to me, at no additional cost. This type of bespoke solution would not have happened with a big box company, or many companies out there in general. The level of care, patience, and consistent customer service, regardless if I was speaking with Tanya, or Taylor, or anyone else, was spectacular. Regards, Nadim Khimani
