Customer Care - An Important Component
We have Rotimatic over 3 years now. Having a hot roti in everyone's plate is a habit now. Rotimatic does need an attention from time to time, especially when it's aging. Good thing is that customer care is prompt resolving the issue each time. Rotimatic does need re-calibration and software updates. The customer care is an important aspect of Rotimatic function.
