wife ordered a dress it arrived in a small package was of poor quality so decided to send it back no return label in package so had to get in touch with company what a nightmare--j you can only get in touch with pre sales who tell you they will pass it on and issue you aticket telling you after sales will be in touch in 24 hours never happensIam glad i paid with paypal who refunded my money I got one reply through paypal from company informing me i would receive 104 pounds of the 147 pounds i had paid and they would repay it once i sent back dress but they didnt give address details where to send it back and despite numerous contacts with company still not sent address what a shambles of a company We should have read reviews on trustpilot first and never used companyThat is now coming up to two weeks that company asked for order no email address and telephone no so as they could look in to my complaint surprise surprise not heard a word from them since i replied to them surely it is time something is done about this company ripping of customers
