I have use Banggood for several years and many, many transactions almost all of which have been faultless. Of those that were not problem free, customer service was quick to act and resolved the outstanding matters either by replacement or refund. I am still using Banggood & will continue to do so. READ the ads carefully & make sure you understand what is offered. Translations to English are sometimes, quite poor. Ensure you can cope with minimal instruction in English (their biggest downfall). If shipping is from Asia, expect 4-5 weeks. Yes, that csn be a drag but they are improving post-Brexit. Why so many bad reviews for Banggood, is it a dirty tricks campaign by any chance ?
