The incompetence of this company…
The incompetence of this company continues. Bought 80 pcs in a sale the seller accepted it and I wait for over a week and nothing depatched. I contacted Fleek and receive the same old blah blah. So instead of cancelling I decided to wait and contact the seller. This is how I know the reason to why the order was not depatched for over a week. Apparently there was a glitch in the app. In other words the sale had ended and the items had returned to their original price but the app still had the items listed in a sale. So of course I bought them. I had to cancel. A complete waste of time and energy all because of incompetence, terrible. Fleek response the bribe to make you delete the negative review a £15 voucher that says it's invalid at the checkout, need I say more?!
