Deceptive advertising on website. They say they are happy to accept returns within 2 weeks. When they finally responded to me wanting a return (after I had to file a dispute in order to get a response). They told me they would give me a 30% off coupon on next purchase…shipping costs to China would be “impractical”. I didn’t like the fabric of shirts. But from SHEIN if you are going to buy from China
I purchased 2 shirts because the site says they happily accept returns. The shirts came and I was not happy with the quality. When I asked about a return ( it took a credit card charge dispute for them to respond to me) they offered a 30% off next purchase. (So I can order more garments I don’t like??). They told me the price of shipping would make it “impractical” to return the shirts. The did not post that on their website. Beware! Stick with SHein if you order overseas. They have found a way to make in costly returns
They tell you they aren’t happy to accept returns, when I wanted to return.. and when they finally got back to me after disputing the charge on my credit card… they told me they would give me a 30% off I guess my next purchase to try and resolve this as shipping price would be “impractical” to return the items. They don’t advertise this on their website! Don’t buy from them. The merchandise ie CHEAP quality!
I reality you cannot return your items unless you want to pay the “Impractical”. Shipping charges. They offered me a small coupon to put towards something else! Why? No guarantee I will like the fit/fabric whatever. They don’t post it’s “impractical” to return because of the shipping costs to china, but they told me that when I wanted to return the items. The pictures look like much better quality than what they actually are. Steer clear!!!
