Thanks for the great service, Choco!
I received an immediate reply when I contacted support. The agent, named Choco, was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a complex problem that took a good deal of back and forth before it was resolved. Throughout the process, Choco was helpful, patient, cheerful and positive. I give this company's support service my highest recommendation.
