Very helpful customer service!
I had ordered a hammock as a Christmas gift in 2022, and only now, 10 months later, discovered that I didn't receive the bug net that was supposed to be included, silly me. Customer service promptly replied to me and set up a replacement right away, no questions asked. Amazing! I have the hammock set myself and I'm so happy with it, the ease of setup and everything. I know the receiver of the Christmas gift is also very happy with it! Couldn't recommend more!
