I bought the heart entwined mother & daughter rings for Christmas. When they arrived the rings were not a full ring but open backed. This was not shown on the pictures. I emailed the company to ask for a refund which they wouldn’t accept. They said they’d give me half the rings were £50 I wanted my £50 back not £25. After weeks of emails they finally agreed to reimburse me. I sent the rings back costing me £18.10 in postage. I sent them back 9/12/24 to the address they provided. I emailed asking for updates with no reply. I tracked the parcel which was pending to then receive the rings back unopened 25/07/25 with a reason in Chinese which I can’t understand. Terrible company I definitely wouldn’t recommend
