Customer support slow but finally came through.
My granddaughter's electric truck arrived damaged. I contacted customer support and nothing. Electriclife claims to reply to emails within a day but I have not heard back after 4 days. Christmas is in less than two weeks and my girl won't have her toy in time if I can't get a timely response. UPDATE: I finally heard back on day 5 and customer support took care of the problem to my satisfaction. Thanks Monika!
