This is a scam company
This company is operating a fraudulent scheme by unlawfully collecting customer data and demanding that individuals provide their payment card details under false pretenses. Their justification—that discrepancies exist between first name/last name order on the account—is baseless and deceptive. I have preserved full screenshots of all communications as evidence. Your agents have been requesting sensitive banking information and have wrongfully canceled my order without authorization. Such practices constitute a serious violation of consumer rights and data protection laws. Unless this matter is immediately rectified, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to the appropriate legal and regulatory authorities. I have all the chat screenshots as a proof. Even tried to solved with your agents on whatsapp number but no solution. Just fooling👌😡😡
