I was hooked by the free subscription
I was hooked by the free subscription, then on payment for upgrading, the software failed and unable to upload images to my catalogues. On contacting them and being told it would be looked into...nothing. Two weeks later and tried contacting them again and their form system doesn't work. Horrendous service and I cannot get my money back!
