Customer service exceeds expectations
We've had a Rangemaster cooker for nearly 10 years, it's well out of it's warranty and has had no issues in that time. One of the door handles became faulty, Rangemaster sent me a replacement free of charge. Excellent customer service, beyond what was strictly necessary but appreciated and has made me a brand ambassador for them. It's so refreshing to encounter a company that exceeds expectations.
