Lied to justify my complaint
Should really have read reviews before downloading the app and using it. My second trip in KL, I was met by the rudest driver ever, AHMAD HAZRIN BIN HASHIM in a dirty black Honda (WC8008Y). No greeting or assistance with liggae but complained about how I loaded the luggage. He even tried to cheat me by not wanting to give me my change. I complained to grab and ended up being threatened by them after the driver obviously spread lies to cover himself. WOW. If you have to use grab, make sure you avoid this driver.
