I believe the true test of a company is when things go wrong. I had a small issue with a recent Wotofo purchase. The glass of the Atomiser was so firmly fixed to the deck that the o-ring got damaged whilst opening the device. I wrote to Wotofo requesting a replacement o-ring or details of where they could be purchased. There was a spare in the Atomiser kit so I was able to use the product but I had no spare. Wotofo responded the same day - took my address details and sent me a replacement Atomiser - not the o-ring the whole thing. The package also included a spare o-ring. They kept me informed through out the process tracking the item etc. I have lots of Wotofo products and highly recommend them. The after sales service is superb and the products are innovative and of the highest quality.
