Polite but Slow
The website clearly states 98% of deliveries within 15-30 mins. That all transactions will be done face to face. 6 hours after placing my order I was told 2-12 hours is normal and that the trade would be done over the Auction House. They were very polite but the website is misleading, however they did promptly refund me when asked.
