Thought I would sing the praises of Buykud, originally I was not so happy as it was tricky to return things, one package was lost and Coreos eventually did give me some money back, anyway I have recently tried again and had a number of things, all very positive, and I have to sing their praises because they are very competent as regards the staff. All the items are beautiful, I notice in particular how soft they are especially the shirts/tops, lovely to wear, so I have a lot now as I needed new due to losing weight. I am finding the women’s rather than the plus are fine for me now. The clothes are very comfortable to wear, and the styles suit my life, I have just sent for trousers first time, so I will see how they are? And do a little edit. The rabbit fur throws with the little dots on the back to stop movement on furniture are very good value, so yes it’s a definite 5 stars for BUYKUD for me thank you.

Just cannot get the help to return, BEWARE!
Just cannot get the help to return anything
It states easy returns on their web site, Noooo! it’s really hard.
2 orders, a lot of money! The largest order still only had part of it, I need to return 3 items,
The other order is complete, again I need to return 3 items. All down to sizing/shape, and a hand bag 💼

I have tried so many times, they ask questions you reply, then nothing! That’s it? You only have so long, I can see them saying it’s too late out of time, hard luck!
Yes I have today received an address to return, along with very detailed instructions, so I am not editing my review because it is as it stands, we have no post office so have to find some way of doing it? One option that’s it! Sure loads of emails but no help? I have all the emails etc here for reference. /
The number of emails PHOTOS PDF’s requests does not alter. It’s taken ages to get that address.
Will it take ages to get my refund? I will not buy again in a hurry from BUYKUD sorry!
They could put all those details in with the delivery, I still have half my order missing? Where is that?
