terrible quality and expense return/customs charges
Dress was poor quality and gaped at the chest. Requested to return for a refund and they initially offered me £10! They continued pushing pack and eventually settled on offering my 50% of the dress value, and told me if I returned the dress to them, I'd lose more than 50% in shipping and custom charges. DO NOT USE!
