Customer Service Is A Complete Joke, Order Never Shiiped
Sunlu's customer service is completely useless, an absolute joke! I placed an order on December 27th, and it is still showing a status of unfulfilled on my account. I've emailed customer service 5 times and have received no response. Tried through Facebook and after several days I amazingly got a reply asking for my order number (which I had already provided in my first message). A few days later there was another response telling me that it was refunded already - it most definitely was not! Sent another message telling them I never got it and once again it's been radio silence - even though messenger shows that they've seen my messages! If you really like their filament, do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache - just order the filament through Amazon. Luckily, I used my credit card to pay so I was able to open a dispute, I probably would never see that money again if it I used a debit card.
