A terrible refund experience
A terrible refund experience. What used to be a straightforward process has become a total headache. Recently I have returned an unused item under ' 30 days change of mind' listing and I am still waiting for my refund despite the fact that the item successfully passed a quality check. Unfortunately, it is a third time in the last three months when I have to chase my money.
