So far the worst shipping service. Paid $$$ for express air shipping, have been waiting for 5 WEEKS but never received my parcel. Contacted customer service but they've been giving replies like "We will not reimburse for delays because of COVID-19." They also denied my parcel was lost. Ok then, be prepared after paying for premium shipping fees and your items will be ended up in no where. It is literally SCAM. 😡
