Company doesn't provide product support!
I bought a Sporty's SP400 handheld radio for my airplane in 2019. Yesterday, I attempted to buy an adapter cable to run the radio from my plane's12V electrical system. I couldn't find one on the Sporty's website. So I called them and was told that they no longer sell the adapter cable and that no replacement is available. This is horrible! The company should continue to provide support for its products. They still sell the PP400. However, they don't provide support for it. I will never buy anything from Sporty's again!!!!
