The entire process was excellent!
The entire process, from start to finish, was a wonderful experience. Beginning with the on-line photos of the sculptures I selected, to the delivery of my new acquistions, I could not have been happier. Although each work selected was created in another country, all 3 works arrived in a timely fashion with each looking exactly as it had appeared on line. But another significant factor is that Saatchi apologetically informed me that one of my sculpture purchases would require an additional import fee and further informed me that once I paid it, Saatchi would reimburse me for that added charge. True to the company's word--and without my having to request one--Saatchi issued me the refund as soon as I received that particular sculpture. So between offering excellent works of art and providing outstanding customer service, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
