Dear Priyanka D, This is with regards to your complaint, as per the records as the recipient did not pick the call at the time of delivery, the gifts were handed over to the security person and acknowledgement that was collected was shared to you through mail as well, however as you refused saying order delivery was not made, we had to cancel this order and we had initiated complete refund of your order.
