They are the worst company!!!! never ever deal with them!!
Please hear me before you order anything. first of all, they said the order will take 7-12 days on their website. and then they emailed me and say it is gonna take 30 days. I said it is not acceptable and I told them to make the info in their website accurate. Then they said no it is 7 to 12 days but there might be a delay of 30 days!!!!! and then they said it could take shorter if I pay more for DHL and I did and then they just noticed there is a shortage on the item I ordered which is a lie obviously. So then the sales representative was so rudee!!!!!! anyone who wants I can show the emails between us. if someone knows a way to post the emails let me know. this is the person I was dealing with sakura @ tvc mall .
