Extremely disappointing and…
Extremely disappointing and untrustworthy experience. When my flight plan changed, Traveloka did not allow any refund. Their ticket pricing is also extremely misleading. The quoted fare changed to a much higher price within just 5–10 minutes or prices came lower when I finished booking, which feels deceptive and unfair. There was no proper customer support or responsibility taken. I strongly believe Traveloka prioritizes taking customers’ money over providing genuine service or protection. I would not recommend this platform to anyone.
