Charlotte was amazing!
Charlotte was amazing. She helped me navigate a charge that was showing up on my card what wasn't mine... And she handled it so quickly and so well, she actually made me want to join ClassPass even though I was never a member!! I will definitely be looking into signing up myself, just knowing how wonderful the service has been. Thank you, Charlotte!
