none existent customer service
1 star rating is 1 to many for me . 19/09/2016 ordered tv box but paypal failed to complete so cancelled order straight away and reordered using credit card. Shown on line "order accepted and being processed delivery will be by airmail from Germany" 19/09/2016 =3/.5 day delivery. Checked external community boxes every day till 28/09/2016 while double checking account at tinydeal. On the afternoon on checking tinydeal I found that order No2 had been cancelled. So after waitng and checking every day for 9days and attempting to catch their office hrs plus sending them numourous e-mails(unanswered) I hopre people will understand ZERO stars for customer service. Hope anyone who uses them has better luck than me
