Exact same issue as one of the previous one-star reviews. I placed an order, it was supposedly in stock, more than a week later I still had not even received a shipping confirmation email yet (when they claim 1-2 day processing). Afterwards I received the shipping confirmation, but it's been 5 days now and the track and trace is still not showing up on DHL. I emailed them a few days ago, but no response.
