Received drinks dispenser which was faulty from opening , it didn’t even switch. Sent them video evidence and they offered a 3usd refund which I declined then offered. 5usd refund again declined and they up the refund to 10usd. After emails back and forth which from them was very patronising, I logged a claim with PayPal and full refund has been given. Avoid at all costs
