Exceptional customer service. I purchased the excellent dashboard magsafe phone holder a year ago and it has been great! I recently changed my car and wanted to move the phone holder to the new car but I had lost the spare adhesive pads. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent out replacement pads free of charge. You can't really expect more than that!
