I bought from them Ulefone Night Vision camera, which in that time, I didn't think WHY it should NOT work with their one of the latest and the best tough phones in the World. Well, while I was waiting for camera to arrive, I've contacted Ulefone's Customer Services who told me that this camera DOESN'T work with my Ulefone Armor 18T phone 😢 I immideatelly contacted MobSpares to tell them that I will return their package as soon as it arrives. Yes, I was waiting a few more days than usual, but ... when package arrived, MobSpares wanted me to return back to China my camera. When I went to Post Office and they told me that I would need to pay just under £25, I've decided NOT to return, but rather place it in a bin, as I was very upset in that time. Well, in the evening, I've decided to open package and give it a try and check WHY this camera doesn't work with my phone. As I wrote above: Ulefone Customer Services told me that their Night Vision Camera doesn't work with my phone. WHY?! Because, it DOESN'T work with THEIR Android app, which is crap. It just keep crashing, that's why their app has a bad reviews in Google Store. If Ulefone have invested in developer to make a good app for this camera, they wouldn't have such bad reviews in Google Store. Anyway, I've downloaded and tried various apps for endoscope and this sort of camera, and found THREE (3) apps that this camera actually WORKS with my phone. The only thing I have to find out is, how I can use controls that are on a cable. Control that changes from normal to night vision works perfectly, but buttons to take a picture or video, DON'T work, but ... I can control them via phone. Next morning, I received an email from MobSpares, who sent me address for their UK warehouse to send my camera to. So, I just want to thank MobSpares to be helpfull as much as they can be.
