Definitely stay away from Wowgo
Definitely stay away from Wowgo! Ordered a new remote from wowgo shop on the 12th August. Everything looked fine. A week later it wasn't shipped yet so I contacted them to find out that the item was not even in stock even though they keep selling it on the website which makes no sense. So they promised me to send it last week. No updates or item still. --September 3rd 2020--- Well seems like after I contacted Wowgo the item is still not in stock. Refund takes 10days to process. What a waste of time! I don't understand these companies that are so dishonest. The customer will figure it out eventually and never come back. Like in this case. -- September 16th -- Still no refund even though they promised to do so after 5-10 days. What a bunch of scambags. Going through paypal for my refund instead.
