1 month of waiting and then a refund
(I’m only still giving this a 3 star because of my past experience and covid) I’ve ordered from them before and they were great, but this time was just frustrating. I understand that covid is still present, but I’ve had very confusing updates about my order and little communication about it. I placed an order on August 11, 2021 knowing that a few of them may be out of stock and would be informed on alternative replacements. I get an email on August 12 saying my package was shipped, that’s great I thought. 11 days later (August 23) I get an email saying that the prescription I wanted was out of stock (???) and I sent them an alternative choice. They didn’t answer any of my questions on an estimate of arrival (I needed them by October), but just went ahead with the changes. Come September 20 (a whole MONTH later; 31 days to be exact) I had to email them twice to know where my order was, just for them to tell me my package was somehow lost in transition and the contacts I requested for the replacement was out of stock??? Why didn't I get an email sooner? I went ahead and just requested a cancellation on the OOS contact, they responded w/an email saying it would deduct the free shipping, which is understandable. I asked them if canceling would the items would allow the other contacts I ordered to come in on time. They again didn’t answer my question and saw my response as an “ok” to cancel the OOS contacts… I just wrote back to cancel the whole order. I didn't wanna deal with possibly another whole month of waiting and there was no way I'd get the contacts in on time now. I did like Uniqso for their nice selections and I’m not even angry, just severely disappointed. I may order from them again in the future, but will be looking elsewhere from now on. [edit] They were faster on responding to refunding my order than on any interaction I had throughout this month.
