Wonderful product.
Following the advertisement of this product seen on Amazon.co.uk, I recommended its purchase to my employer, the design and the Quality of the product are excellent. Most importantly when I requested prompt assistance on a minor issue from the Company, (Echelon)responsible for the product Everlasting Comfort, Cushion, and backrest in the UK, wow; their speed and level of customer service experienced are unparalleled. My inquiry was promptly investigated and resolved in an impressive manner. Besides, the quality and durability of the product are just too good. It truly works as named “Everlast.” I highly recommend its purchase to anyone needing a lasting quality product for ease of use, working long hours at their desk, or seeking to relieve lower back pain pressure.
