Don’t Buy!!!
Unfortunately, my experience with PVY Bike has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered quickly via Fercam S.p.A. The shipment (number O2402171842) was marked as out for delivery for weeks, but it never arrived. Despite numerous attempts to contact both PVY Bike and the courier, without success, the package was eventually returned to the sender. Even though the package has been returned, PVY Bike has not yet issued my refund, despite multiple requests. This incident has caused me not only stress and a loss of time but also significant financial and reputational damage. I absolutely do not recommend PVY Bike to anyone, as their handling of shipments and customer service has been terrible. I hope others can avoid having the same bad experience.
